Christmas Ornament Cup Cakes
These are Red Velvet with chocolate filled centers and cream cheese frosting covered with custom fondant decorations.
Pizza Cake
This is actually German Chocolate cake designed to look like a pepperoni and black olive 12" pizza pie. The filling is toasted coconut and pecans with chocolate mousse.

Fairy Cake
This was a fun fairy cake to make!
Everything is edible on this cake. Her wings are made from isomalt (sugar). The fairy and caterpillars are made from fondant. The mushroom is made from modeling chocolate and rice crispy treats. All the coloring was done with airbrushing.
